bah88 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "bah88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the bah88 platform, its operators, affiliates, subsidiaries, and service providers operating under the bah88 brand.
• "Platform" — refers to the bah88 website (bah88.io), any associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and all digital services provided thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, deposits to, or otherwise uses the bah88 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by you on the bah88 Platform, including all associated balances, transaction histories, and account settings.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the User using approved payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits awarded by bah88 subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "Bet" — refers to any wager placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any country or jurisdiction in which use of the bah88 Platform is illegal, restricted, or requires a licence not held by bah88.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the bah88 registration process, clicking "I Agree", making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein.

This Agreement is effective immediately upon your registration and acceptance, and remains in force for the duration of your use of the bah88 Platform. bah88 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on bah88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to bah88 is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old, regardless of the laws of any jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of bah88, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold an existing bah88 account. Only one account per person, household, device, and payment method is permitted.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

bah88 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your bah88 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any other actions performed by any person using your login credentials, whether authorised by you or not.

You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account under any circumstances. bah88 staff will never ask for your password via any channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify bah88 by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. bah88 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of the investigation.

bah88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular betting activity is detected on the account.
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account holder is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• bah88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests and responsible gaming restrictions are processed in accordance with our Responsible Gaming policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

bah88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment channels only. Currently supported payment methods for users in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods may change from time to time at bah88's discretion.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• bah88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposit credits are typically applied to your bah88 account within 5 minutes of confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by bah88 following a KYC review.
• All withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC identity verification before processing. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and internal compliance checks.
• bah88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual patterns of activity are detected.
• Bonus balances that have not completed the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and are not eligible for conversion to Real Money Balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bah88 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out below.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in the promotional terms for each bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets as specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• bah88 operates a strict one-bonus-per-person policy. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• bah88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would disadvantage users already in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements on that bonus.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, the version of the bonus terms published on the bah88 Platform at the time the bonus was claimed shall be the definitive reference.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to bah88 support immediately. bah88 reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonus amounts at any time.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bah88 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, game type, and market, as published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply to all bets placed on bah88:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to availability and market limits. bah88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), bah88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• bah88 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game studios for all casino and slot games. The outcome of all games is determined solely by these certified systems and is not influenced by bah88 operators.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and system response times. bah88 is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance caused by the User's device or internet connection.
• In the event of a dispute between the User and bah88 regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the records held in bah88's server logs shall be the definitive and binding reference.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bah88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing of illegal activities.
• Placing bets on markets where you have inside knowledge of, or involvement in, the outcome (including match-fixing or spot-fixing).
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of bah88.
• Colluding with other users, or with employees or agents of bah88, to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies in a systematic and commercially motivated manner that exploits pricing discrepancies across markets.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bah88 Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or harassing behaviour toward bah88 support staff or other users of the Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

bah88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that help users maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered bah88 users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to control spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any portion of the Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices embedded in the Platform.

The bah88 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of bah88. Unauthorised use of bah88 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bah88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

bah88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your bah88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bah88 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times without interruption or error.
• Any particular game, market, or betting feature will be available at any given time.
• The Platform will be free from technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities at all times.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally cause temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. bah88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bah88 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the bah88 Privacy Policy.

bah88 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and betting activity records for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services.

bah88 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by law or by the terms of bah88's operational licences. 13 Amendments to These Terms

bah88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. When material amendments are made, bah88 will publish a revised version of the Terms & Conditions on the Platform with an updated effective date.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the bah88 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bah88 holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Informal Resolution: In the first instance, disputes should be submitted to bah88's customer support team at [email protected]. bah88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.
2. Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
3. Jurisdiction: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that bah88 operates as an offshore platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction, including the laws of Bangladesh.
